Then I tested a couple of days later in the morning The only way you'll know is if you do a test - best to wait a couple of days after the bleeding stops because if it is implantation bleeding, it will take a couple of days for hcg to rise. If the embryo does not implant then progesterone levels will drop and you’ll get your period 10-16 days after ovulation. I went to get blood work and my hcg was only 90.
